  • Kids 12 and under stay free, kids13-17: $35/week
  • Additional adults $70/week
  • There is a 6.5% sales tax & 3% lodging tax on all cabin rentals
  • The deposit is $150/bedroom
  • Deposits are completely refundable prior to Jan 1;
    50% refundable between Jan 1-April 1;
    non-refundable after April 1.
  • We refund 100% of the deposit if we are able to fill the vacancy
  • Check-in is 1:00pm on Saturday. Check-out is 8:00am Saturday
  • Sorry, No Pets
  • We are a smoke free property (except for bon fires!)

  • There is a 6.5% sales tax on the boats and motors
  • All rentals are reserved on first come, first served basis
  • We request a $100 deposit to reserve either the Lund Explorer or the pontoon
  • Renter responsible for any damage to equipment
  • To maintain quiet atmosphere, we do not allow personal watercraft
